2. Using the site
You may browse, read, and submit our application form. You agree not to: scrape the site at high volume, attempt to bypass auth on the admin or partner areas, submit false information in the application form, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.
3. The application form
When you submit an application, you affirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to apply on behalf of the business named, and that you consent to a callback from PayOnJobs at the phone number you provided.
4. SMS communications (TCPA)
By providing your phone number in the application form, you consent to receive transactional text messages from PayOnJobs related to your application and any subsequent partnership. Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency: low (typically less than 5 per month for applicants, more if you become a partner). Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We send transactional messages only, not marketing.
5. Call recording
Calls to phone numbers we operate (including tracked numbers we provision for partners) may be recorded. You will hear a recording disclosure at the start of any call to one of our numbers. If you do not consent, end the call and contact the partner's primary business line directly.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, copy, code, and automation systems are owned by ColabContent LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for a competing service without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. Performance numbers shown (call counts, revenue figures, conversion rates) are real-partner snapshots and not guarantees of any future outcome for any other partner. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising from your use of this site (not as a Partner under the Partner Agreement) is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law and venue
Massachusetts law. Disputes go to AAA commercial arbitration in Boston, MA, single arbitrator, English language, each party bears its own costs.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We will keep an archive of prior versions available on request.
